Skewered is a family-owned business that believes in “Philoxenia” (fee-lo-xe-NEE-a), which means “to make a stranger a friend.” We make simple Greek food with a unique twist. Our flavors are authentic but bold, and everything is fresh, clean, and homemade. Our mouthwatering gyro meat is all natural and made with no bread fillers. Each of our kabobs is uniquely flavored with our own secret marinades, and they’re even better smothered in our creamy Skewered sauce.

Those who know us know we love to cook and entertain. Tasos grew up in the family restaurant and catering business, and Kristina has extensive experience in food service as well. We tossed around ideas for opening a restaurant but couldn’t find the right concept.
But the kinds of small kabobs called “souvlakia” are everywhere in Greece, as much as burgers are in the U.S., and we love them. So, we thought about bringing that love we have for souvlakia to our area. And the concept for Skewered was born.
