Skewered was founded by Tasos and Kristina Kaiafas and provides simple but tasty Greek food made fresh. Everything is made from scratch, even the gyros meat. Our core menu includes kabobs and gyros served with rice pilaf or “lemonates” roasted potatoes, Greek baked beans, and Skewered Sauce. We also offer homemade dips and spreads, Greek salad, spanakopita (small spinach pies), and two kinds of baklava. All of our recipes were created by us, based on inspiration from flavors we know well but that we spent months improving. We also added some additions and twists we think you’ll love. It’s all about “filoxenia”, which means making a stranger a friend.
